The cutest addition to your pot this charming frog will allow water to get drawn into the pot as your plant needs it.
Terracotta/ceramics naturally allow plant roots to draw water to the surface as required, so your roots will not ever be over watered.
My Pathos has been known to take over a month to draw the water in the slower seasons, and once spring kicks in the roots start drawing more water as required.
I particularly like catching sight of a little frog peeping over the edge of a pot.
Key benefits
Aside from being a cute addition this little frog
Specifications:
17 cm tall, approx 6.5 cm wide (cheek to cheek)
Made from ceramic left raw / uncoated at spike, and painted at frog
Usage note
Keep the frog just above soil to extend life. Make the spike hole once and even if you pull it out hole should remain, so if access is an issue take it out to fill. I use a small drinking bottle to go around and fill mine with pre-boiled water (to get out chemicals).
Is using a liquid fertilizer i do not place in self-water devices. It stains them and I do not believe this is the most efficient for the plant.
